By downloading or using Quest Buddy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Quest Buddy is an AI-powered adventure task app that generates personalized real-world challenges. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

AI-Generated Content

Quests and verification results are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for appropriate and safe content, AI-generated suggestions are provided for entertainment purposes. You are responsible for your own safety when completing quests. Do not attempt any quest that could be dangerous, illegal, or harmful.

User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Not attempt quests that are dangerous, illegal, or could cause harm to yourself or others
Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content as quest proof
Exercise personal judgment and responsibility when completing quests

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Quest Buddy are owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer

Quest Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Futuron Inc is not liable for any damages, injuries, or consequences arising from attempting or completing quests suggested by the App. You participate in all quests at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
